Biography

Born in Pécs, Hungary, Klaudia Németh received her first guitar lessons at the age of eight. First prizes in numerous
 national competitions and
several influential masterclasses
led her to undertake an Instrument Teacher and Chamber Musician
degree programme at
the Varga Tibor Institute of Musical Art in Győr, graduating from the class of Ede Roth in 2010 with distinction.

Klaudia then continued to develop her artistic and musical abilities  in Germany. At the State University of Music and Performing Arts in Frankfurt she
 successfully completed a
degree in Artistic Training as a student of Peter Katona. This was followed by Master
Guitar studies at the State University in Stuttgart in the class  of Professor Johannes Monno, culminating in 2017 with the completion of her Concert Examination, the highest postgraduate qualification an instrumentalist can attain.
During her studies Klaudia was selected as a performing musician for  Live Music Now, an initiative created by Yehudi Menuhin, to bring live concerts to a  broader audience in schools, hospitals and nursing homes.
In addition to her passion for live performance, Klaudia’s
driving force is to teach guitar, a
calling which enables her to share her skill, as well as her love for music, with
children and adults alike. She has been a regular participant of international master classes held by David Russell,
Zoran Dukić, Carlo Marchione, Lorenzo Micheli, Dale Kavanagh,  Thomas Müller-Pering  and Tilman Hoppstock.
Besides solo performance Klaudia is also devoted to chamber music, her favourite
constellations being duo with flute and guitar ensemble.
